Aigoo...

aniya seyo...

i remember the first Korean drama i watched was Winter Sonata. It was on TV3 and dubbling of Chinese which i argued with my good friend that is a Chinese drama. But, later she told me it is a Korean drama. From that i realised there exists a country next to Japan; KOREA. Its written form is a blend of both Japanese and Chinese caligraphies. If you notice their looks also a blend of Chinese and Japanese (For the fact that before i only know these two nations! haha).

MOst of Korean story lines is cliche; class divisions, poor- rich,weak- strong, objection of relationship by family and so on which could also be found in other non-Korean story as well except Hollywood.

BUT, WHAT MAKES THE KOREAN DRAMA FEVER DOES NOT FADE?
Yes, the story line is cliche, sometimes you can predict the ending.

BUT, what differenciate their works with other is they compliment with other factors throughout the movies,; with good scenery, cinematography, handsome and beautiful looks of actors/actresses, what more significant is the songs!!!

i still remember the melody of every songs played in Winter Sonata which i watched in 2003! i can identify whenever i heard each of those songs. It still remains in my memory.

Korea promotes its country through its magnificent dramas and movies. They choose the best and most beautiful settings that reperesent the theme of the story with very glorious and mesmerising scenery of its four seasons. Hence we got to know, Jeju Island, one of the settings of Winter Sonata.

I just finished watching Secret Garden starred by cute dimple of Hyun Bin and Ji won. The so-called garden is very stunning and beautiful! but i found out that is the location of environmental institute.

Personally, i think Korean language is hard to master due to different sound that we articulated since young. But, i personally able to grasp some phrases. I notice female students downloading the K-pop, watching its video musics, knows every groups of the singers but, they could not follow the lyrics!so sad!

I wish to visit Korea one day, i want to see by my own naked eyes the real scenery of those places. Those places are best for romantics dramas/ movies.

I think Korean drama is progressing together with their electronics-technological advancement. It is enjoyable to watch and finish of more that 20 episodes, because it is complemented with good acting, beautiful/ handsome actors/actresses, mesmerising scenery and beautiful background musics and its fashions! It hardly to make your eyes tired! its addictive!

I always adore Bae Young Jun (Jun Sang in Winter Sonata) and now after watching Secret Garden I start to fall in love with cutey dimple of Hyun Bin (Jo Won).

lastly, their language attracts me to lean my ears everytime i watch the movies and listen to the songs. It's not a tone language like Thai and Chinese. it's quite baldy but it is very catchyat the same time.LANGUAGE REPRESENTS THE CULTURE! AND CULTURE IS POSSED BY PEOPLE!

Whenever you watch Korean drama, pay attention to the culture they practiced. They bow to the elder, they use polite language markers [aigesyimnida, yea. arasso]on whenever they talk to the elder. They stand up when the leader of the family comes to sit and only sit after. they eat soups, seafoods and vegetable as well! KIMCHI!!!

My sister learnt by herself Korean language through dramas, dictionary and skyping with Korean online friend!

lots of god things you can learn from this nation. They are very polite and humble [as much as i saw on tv]. but i believed so!

It is not surprinsing. They are oriental nation! they are neighboor of Japan as well! JAPAN A VERY POLITE COUNTRY!

Aigoo....aja-aja fighting! sarang he-yo. chuayo.agesyimnida. smile with kimchi! rice cakes!kake... :)
